Job Description: Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a talented Foreign Tax Manager to join its team. The Foreign Tax Manager will be responsible for managing all foreign tax matters for Perkins Coie entities by partnering with outside service providers and internal Finance team members. This individual will monitor and analyze firmwide transactions to determine tax consequences, ensuring compliance and providing strategic tax guidance to support the firm's global operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS These essential functions are primary job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation.

The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
