How you will make history here... Success in this role means becoming the go-to expert for inventory accuracy and process order validation. Your ability to spot discrepancies, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams will directly influence operational efficiency and plant performance.
What you will do... As an Inventory Control Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting operational excellence at our Franklin manufacturing plant. You'll analyze and reconcile process orders, validate physical inventory, and collaborate across departments to maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with the Finance, Warehousing & Production Teams to ensure material movement/usage is reported correctly & accurately. Work with operators to ensure all production confirmations are completed accurately. Work closely with Supply Chain, monitoring Process Order, Batch Numbering, MexVision & Mini-MIINT scheduling accuracy/completeness. Report SAP inventory inaccuracies and work together to reconcile variances. Work closely with Master Data to ensure proper BOM & Material Master setups/maintenance - including cut-over & substitutions of raw material changes. Perform required inventory verification. Will include weekend and holiday work. Monitor & validate (TECO) all Process Orders in accordance to Accounting's weekly & monthly requirements. Drive system health and accuracy for PSA inventory. Monitor & help reconcile critical stocks. Assist with root cause analysis on inventory inaccuracies to determine reasons for variances. Support Production Planning. Supplemental source for Process Order generation and adjustments in the absence of any schedulers or for special situations.

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $40,800-$58,700
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
