About The Role: As an Industrial Hygienist, you'll take a leadership role in managing and guiding technical work across a wide range of environmental health and safety projects. You'll be responsible for directing field investigations, interpreting results, and delivering strategic recommendations through detailed documentation and client-focused communication.
- Conduct comprehensive exposure assessments including chemical, noise, mold, and hazardous material evaluations.
- Manage sample collection and documentation with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
- Lead preparation of technical reports and ensure deliverables meet both regulatory and company standards.
- Review and approve routine project data and field reports not requiring advanced technical analysis.
- Draft project scopes, budgets, and proposals for hazardous materials surveys and remediation plans, subject to senior-level review.
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry groups, supporting outreach and client relationship development.
- Initiate and cultivate client interactions to expand our service offerings and grow project portfolios.
- Provide guidance and field support to early-career staff, fostering professional development and technical skill-building.
About You:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety and Health, or other related sciences.
- You have 4+ years of industrial hygiene field sampling experience.
- You have strong communication skills, with a particular talent for writing clear, professional technical documents and proposals.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands: You are willing and able to perform the physical demands of this position with the use of Company-provided Personal Protective Equipment such as:
- Working outdoors the majority of the time in varying weather conditions.
- Routinely lifting and carrying 40-50 lbs. (field/laboratory samples and equipment).
