JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day organization of an athletic program. This position provides administrative support to the head coach and student-athletes, oversees summer camps and coach's clinic activities, and maintains compliance with NCAA, Atlantic 10, and university rules and regulations. This position has a strong presence in managing social media and marketing accounts. Additionally, the Operations Managers is responsible for coordinating and securing equipment for the team with a focus on managing supply chain demands.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates the daily organization and overall administration of the women's basketball program Coordinates team travel; coordinates recruitment travel for staff and prospective student-athletes Schedules practice facilities and game day activities (home and away) Coordinates equipment and apparel orders, with a focus on supply chain demand and logistics Completes NCAA compliance forms Manages, trains, and schedules student managers Coordinates and communicates with visiting teams, alumni, community partners, and media relations Monitors budget and finances for athletics program with a strong focus and understanding on managing and analyzing data Works with the athletics business office to maintain solid financial control; coordinates required paperwork; and resolves any budgetary issues Oversees activities and responsibilities associated with the daily operation of summer camps and clinics Manages and controls the social media accounts and content for the program with a focus on applied analytics to increase brand awareness Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree Two years of related work experience Previous collegiate playing, coaching, or recruiting experience Experience in business supply chain management
