Description

Starting Salary Range: $72,000-$82,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage and coordinate a heavily-scheduled executive's calendar, resolve conflicts, anticipate meeting needs, and ensure deadlines are met.



  • Develop and maintain an advanced system to prioritize emails, track deliverables, and align with key priorities.
  • Lead coordination of various team activities and events, including event planning, communication, catering, identifying participants, etc.
  • Draft/edit/proofread emails, PowerPoint presentations, and business correspondence for senior leadership.
  • Conduct research and compile data for executive decision making.
  • Utilize advanced software and tools for project management, data analysis and communication.
  • Research, book, and coordinate executive travel (including international); submit and track expenses and sponsorships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the department's role within MISO, anticipate trends, and provide recommendations on workflow efficiency.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed.


What we are looking for:

High School Diploma or GED required OR



  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • Experience supporting a VP, or other executive level position
  • At least 5 years' relevant work experience equivalency (required)
  • Previous energy industry experience (preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
