The Assistant Nurse Mangeris responsible for assisting with clinical management and administrative coordination of the nursing unit. The position is a combination of direct clinical care and administrative responsibilities Qualifications Required: Current California RN license BSN or MSN Scrub and circulating experience required 3 years of recent acute care or Operating Room experience BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association Ability to push, pull, lift, up to 35 lbs. Consistently achieves high standards in clinical duties and holds self to same standards Effectively listens and communicates to peers both positive and constructive feedback Consistently uses good judgment in making decisions Develop rapport with patients, patients families, andmultidisciplinary teams Maintains positive attitude towards unit and work, helping to build unit's positive reputation developing a plan of care including setting goals, monitoring, and documenting progress
