Patient Service Representative - Pediatrics, Westwood

As a Patient Service Representative, you will support the Children's Health Center clinic in Westwood by providing vital administrative support to our pediatric patients and physicians. This position will be assigned to the Pediatric Hem/Onc specialty. You will help guide patients through the health system and collaborate closely with physicians to ensure patients receive comprehensive timely care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with a patient population in varying degrees of health.

Preferred:

• Experience with authorization and referral processing.
• Experience working with in-baskets.
• Knowledge of specific specialty practice and workflows.
