TRC is seeking a Database Administrator to perform database administration for real time systems utilizing Oracle and SQL databases.

• Database administration & performance tuning of Oracle ODAs
• Database administration of SQL Server in a VM environment
• Installation, maintenance and patching of Linux and Windows OS, Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL and DB2
• Maintenance of RAC and failover
• Provide database support for multiple COTS applications with production, test and development environments
• Establish, document and test database DR plans
• Familiarity with encryption, partitioning and performance tuning
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with ETL tools to develop Dashboards
• Wiling to take on and learn additional application responsibilities.

• Generating various reports by querying from database as per need
• Knowledge of structured query language (SQL), PL/SQL/TSQL
• General understanding of storage technologies and networking
• General understanding of routine maintenance, recovery, and failover of a database including Data Guard, AG, RAC, FCI
• Development and testing of Disaster Recovery Plans
• Experience in Developing Dash boards for Leadership Team.

• 5 years of database administration

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems OR certification in either Oracle or SQL Server database administration

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
