Job Overview:

We are looking for an individual who will work under limited supervision and is responsible to perform a variety of duties efficiently with high quality results.

Responsibilities:


  • Schedule production cells to ensure optimal efficiency while balancing forecasted demand.

  • Work with Plant Operations to plan a forecasted production schedule, while assessing needs vs. manufacturing or supplier constraints

  • Coordinate production schedule with forecasting and production teams

  • Manage deadlines based on project expectations

  • Make or recommend revisions to existing production schedules

  • Partners with the Plant Manager, Value Stream Leaders, Procurement, and Sales to ensure seamless production to meet customer needs.

  • Runs daily production reports to review open sales orders, monitors backlog, and identifies shortages and/or production issues.



Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) experience required.

  • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access Proficiency.

  • 5 years Production Scheduling experience,

  • Lean manufacturing experience.

  • Good Communication Skills.



Preferences:


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Manufacturing experience required, ETO manufacturing preferred.

  • SAP Experience



Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

This position will be based at our St. Peter's, MO service center with minimal anticipated travel.
