Description

We are hiring for one Marketing specialist. This person can work at any location across our footprint. We're looking for a highly motivated and independent Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have direct B2B marketing experience, preferably within a professional services industry.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales for our products and services. You should be a highly driven self-starter with a passion for delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work. As an effective communicator, you'll build and nurture a strong network of relationships, collaborating with others to meet shared goals. Your ability to work efficiently and accurately within established policies and standards is critical to your success in this role.

The Marketing Specialist will lead all aspects of an assigned focus area's marketing efforts with a curious and self-driven approach. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to take initiative and has a keen interest in expanding their knowledge and skills in marketing. The role will contribute to the continuous advancement of our online presence and brand awareness, develop and execute marketing strategies and seek new growth opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research: analyze data to identify target audience, market trends, and competitors to create effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop marketing campaigns: create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels that align with business goals and convert the target audience.
  • Create marketing materials: Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, videos, and social media posts, that communicate the brand's message efficiently and creatively.
  • Run website and social media: Maintain and update website and social media platforms with content that drives traffic and engagement.
  • Monitor & optimize campaign performance: Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Operate proactively: identify new opportunities/enhancements and provide potential solutions. Stay up to date with market trends and industry best practices.
  • Maintains and assures compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules and regulations; adheres to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Must haves:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Note: Five (5) years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
  • Three (3) years of marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot email & marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of Social Media platform management (LinkedIn, X, Google +, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.).
  • Ability to travel to various branch locations.

Desired Experience:

  • Direct Experience in B2B Marketing within a professional services industry

  • Monday - Friday work week.
  • Competitive Pay ranging from $52,375.00 to $71,590.00 annually
    • The salary range provided is based on the primary location and may vary depending on the job's specific location. This range reflects the anticipated base pay for the position. The final salary offered will take into account internal equity and may differ based on various factors, including work location, the candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Eligible for an annual bonus of 1.5%-3% of your salary based on company goals and performance.
