About the Role Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day fiscal operations of StrengthUnited. This role is critical in managing financial compliance, grant funding, and budget forecasting while supervising a small accounting team. If you bring a strong foundation in nonprofit and grant accounting, a passion for mission-driven work, and a collaborative spirit- this opportunity is for you! With an open-minded team looking to adopt new software, you'll have ownership and autonomy building out workflows and managing all aspects of StrengthUnited's financial reporting.
