Cash Vault Research Specialist

• Scheduling and ordering cash for vendor serviced device replenishments.
• Completing daily balancing processes.
• Performing in depth research to resolve out of balance conditions timely utilizing internal and external applications and tools.
• Following up with the vendor as needed regarding replenishments, cash processing, reporting and research.
• Reconciling and clearing activity in general ledger accounts within aging standards.
• Completing departmental tracking and reporting to support the Vendor Management process.
• Communicating with Internal Clients and banking centers as needed.
• Assisting Banking Centers and Treasury Management with cash services inquiries regarding cash orders, research, and problem solving.
• Performing other duties related to cash vault services as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of MS Office experience
• 2 years of accounting Experience
• 2 years of customer service experience
• 2 years of banking experience
• 1 year of experience with researching and adjusting customer accounts/services
