Vice President of Solution Engineering
Location: Remote US Based: Austin, TX Preferred
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

What You'll Do
In this role, you will take full ownership of our global Solution Engineering strategy and execution. You will:




  • Grow and lead a high-performing global team of solution engineers supporting sales, partnerships, and customer success



  • Shape the product roadmap by capturing and prioritizing customer and market insights from the field



  • Design scalable go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product



  • Evaluate and onboard new technology and GTM partners to enhance our offering and expand our market presence



  • Identify AI integration opportunities that can improve internal processes, enhance product capabilities, or open new revenue streams



  • Support international expansion by defining technical strategies and allocating resources for market entry, compliance, and local support



  • Act as a senior technical advisor in complex client situations to support retention and account growth




What You Bring
You'll succeed in this role if you have:




  • 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales leadership



  • A strong track record of managing and scaling global technical teams



  • Deep understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS, cloud platforms, and AI technologies



  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments including Sales, Product, and Marketing



  • Experience leading international go-to-market efforts and localization strategies



  • Excellent communication, strategic planning, and analytical skills

  • Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments



  • Familiarity with partnership ecosystems and enterprise AI/ML solutions



  • A technical degree or MBA

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range





  • Base salary range: $200,000 to $225,000



  • Variable compensation: 50% of base salary, tied to performance and company goals



  • Total potential compensation: $300,000 to $337,500 annually
