What You'll Do We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Operations Analyst to support a range of operational, documentation, and technical communication activities. This mid- to senior-level role is ideal for a professional who thrives in both collaborative and independent work settings and who is comfortable navigating technical environments while making complex topics understandable for broader audiences. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of documentation, validating data across systems, supporting internal process adherence, and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives. Familiarity with Zero Trust principles is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities
- Execute and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform documentation reviews and data validation activities.
- Conduct technical reviews of system inputs, artifacts, and deliverables to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language suitable for non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to team leads and participate in cross-functional meetings, briefings, and collaborative sessions.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows and proactively recommend or support process improvements.
- Assist in the development and refinement of SOPs, templates, and tracking mechanisms.
- Maintain organized records of completed validation efforts, findings, and improvement suggestions.
Requirements
- Public Trust Clearance or higher (ability to obtain and maintain required background investigation)
Preferred Experience
- 4+ years of experience in a technical operations, cybersecurity, documentation, or quality assurance role.
- Strong understanding of system documentation, data validation processes, and compliance-related workflows.
- Ability to analyze technical material and communicate findings to varied audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience working in fast-paced team environments.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture or cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, 800-207) is a plus.
