Overview of this Position:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for lifecycle management of GMP training documents, including training forms, employee training records, and trainee qualifications from creation through archival. Responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, and implementing all training activities including training assignment, content management and new employee orientation. Additionally, documentation review, managing corrections and archival duties as required. This is an on-site role.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Completion of an associate degree or a minimum of 2-5 years of Training Administration related experience.
  • Experience with document management or a Learning Management System;
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous GMP environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage training records including reviewing, filing, and archiving.
  • Maintain physical GMP employee training files.
  • Relaunch training items in MasterControl/document management system.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as Annual Resume updates, training assignment, employee transitions, job code assignment, job code maintenance.
  • Routinely audit aspects of Master Control Training portals and adjust as necessary.
  • Run training reports per request and/or audit.
  • Respond to all customer training inquiries/emails.
  • Facilitate training classes (MC training).
  • Job Code Creation/Assignment/Removal with Learning Management System.
  • Manage class offerings and scheduling for corporate training.
