The Opportunity Adobe is seeking an FP&A Financial Analyst to provide financial and business partner support for our Digital Media business. This position will provide cross-functional engagement that will enable and influence key decision making. This role will support FP&A processes for North America and LATAM through analysis and modeling to provide recommendations to senior management, driving strategic decision making. What You'll Do
What You Need to Be Successful
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
