Job Description	Third Street Academy - 600 W. 3rd Street, Greenville, NC 27834 - is currently seeking several Federal Work Study Students to serve as Principals. Key Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher with instructional tasks, preparation of materials, and classroom management. Provide tutoring in reading, math, and other core subjects under the direction of the teacher. Supervise and support students during independent work, transitions, and enrichment activities. Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts introduced by the teacher. Monitor student behavior and report concerns to the appropriate staff. Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive learning environment. Maintain confidentiality of student records and school matters.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)	Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's degree or working towards degree. Prior experience working with children or in a school setting (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, flexibility, and a willingness to take direction Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to the mission and values of Third Street Academy
