Description Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Brand Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our new shopping cart technology, engaging with customers in-store to demonstrate its features and benefits. Your goal is to ensure customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience using our product. Key Responsibilities: Greet Customers: Welcome customers as they enter the store and introduce them to our new shopping cart technology. Product Demonstration: Educate customers on how to use the shopping cart, highlighting its key features and benefits. Troubleshooting: Provide immediate assistance to customers experiencing issues with the shopping cart, resolving problems on the spot. Feedback Collection: Engage with customers to gather feedback on their experience using the shopping cart, noting any suggestions for improvement. Video Testimonials: Capture video testimonials from satisfied customers to share their positive experiences with our product. Customer Support: Offer ongoing support and answer any questions customers may have about the shopping cart technology. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain new technology. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in real-time. Experience in retail or customer service is a plus. Comfortable using video recording equipment. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
