Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive MDM Technician to support enterprise-level endpoint management and mobile device administration. This role requires hands-on experience with Ivanti/LANDesk, SCCM, and MDT, along with strong troubleshooting capabilities and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing large fleets of remote devices and providing high-touch support to VIP users.
Key Responsibilities: * Administer and maintain endpoint management platforms including Ivanti/LANDesk and SCCM for software deployment, patching, and asset tracking. * Create, update, and deploy system images using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) across large device fleets. * Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and system-level issues, including advanced troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and printers. * Support remote users with minimal physical interaction, leveraging remote tools and automation to ensure consistent performance and uptime. * Deliver high-quality, personalized support to VIP users, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. * Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile device management (MDM) solutions. * Assist in the configuration and support of mobile devices using MobileIron, with additional exposure to Intune and JAMF considered a plus. * Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, configurations, and support activities. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in endpoint management and desktop support. * Proficiency with Ivanti/LANDesk, SCCM, and MDT. * Strong understanding of MDM platforms, especially MobileIron; experience with Intune or JAMF is highly desirable. * Demonstrated ability to support large-scale remote environments. * Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network layers. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service and VIP support. * Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus. * Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) preferred. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $43.00/hr.
