*Job Title: Data Entry Associate* Job Description The main function of this role is to research items with incorrect account numbers. This involves logging into an online system and searching for information such as names and addresses to produce correct account numbers. The work is straightforward but requires handling a high volume of tasks and repetitive actions.
Responsibilities * Research and correct account numbers using online systems. * Perform data entry to log digital check data, including deposit amounts, name verification, and dates. * Sort bulk mail deliveries and determine appropriate staging areas. * Perform 10-key data entry to reflect deposit amounts into respective accounts. Essential Skills * Previous data entry experience is required. * Strong attention to detail. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications * High School diploma or equivalent is required. * 1 year of previous retail banking or lockbox experience preferred. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Banking experience is preferred. Work Environment The role is based in a bank lockbox setting at the Creve Coeur location. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break, and flexibility to start as early as 6:00 AM if preferred. The dress code is business casual. The lockbox area has been newly renovated, and duties are performed in an office setting, requiring manual dexterity and skill to operate standard office equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Creve Coeur, Missouri. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
