What you will do We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee transformation initiatives within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. How you will do it
Lead and manage transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including content, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing operations team.
What we look for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Office suite, Sharepoint). Travel up to 25% in the Americas
