What you will do

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee transformation initiatives within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

How you will do it

• Lead and manage transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Develop detailed project plans, including content, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing operations team.

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Office suite, Sharepoint).

• Travel up to 25% in the Americas

Preferred:

• Master's degree

• PMP certification
