DIRECTOR OF ANALYSIS

Financial Analysis Director

The Financial Analysis Director will be responsible for supervising financial analysts and coordinators, in the provision of support, consultation, recommendations and research for senior management, regional operations/management, development, and financial reporting functions of Horizon Health and its divisions. This will include monitoring of regulations, development of pricing, analyses of transactions, and interpretation and modeling of trends and changes affecting the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises the daily activities of the financial analysis team
• Conduct financial modeling to analyze the financial impact and assess a program's financial viability for existing and potential clients.
• Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity and develop proposals and strategies for program development and revisions to existing programs.
• Review methodologies for appropriate application in financial models and analyses.
• Keep abreast of changes in healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Analyze and identify reimbursement deficiencies.
• Analyze strategic problems using data and information to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain reporting for healthcare trends and benchmarking.
• Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, economics or statistics
