CCA Technician
We have an exciting opportunity for a CCA Technician to work in our Guidance and Navigation Division in Pine Brook, NJ.
As a CCA Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems and components, as well as:
* Build circuit cards from prints/work instructions/operations sheets
* Maintaining records, work status, and supply inventory.
* Maintain a visual inventory management system in the area Kan Ban racks.
* Interfacing with quality, material, planning, engineering, and production departments.
* Participating in team continuous improvement activities.
* Data Entry in IFS for all operations performed.
* Flexibility to perform work in other areas as required.
* Cross-train within the department on other various operations as required.
* Training and documentation of other associates in the department to add production capabilities
* Provide Planner(s) with parts lists needed for system builds
* Maintain production board for missing components/stock supplies
Required Skills:
* Must have the ability to solder in conformance with IPC J-STD-001 requirements.
* Capable of interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints, and able to follow written work instructions.
* Capable of tearing down and reinstalling all systems
* Requires the working knowledge of and use of hand tools, power tools, a microscope, and electronic equipment.
* Drives for results, action-oriented.
* Detail and quality oriented.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Required Experience:
* 3+ years' experience in hands-on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical Systems and Components.
* IPC J-STD-001 certification preferred.
* High school or equivalent plus approved technical trades training.
* Must be a US Citizen
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey is $29.00 - $43.00 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.
