Staffmark is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to support a premier aerospace company in Fullerton, CA. Schedule: Monday - Friday \| 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays required) Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year (DOE) Responsibilities Review, negotiate, and manage complex customer and supplier contracts Develop and refine contracting policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure full compliance with ABAC, FCPA, FAR, DFARS, and internal controls Collaborate with legal, executive leadership, and global teams Lead process improvement efforts to reduce contractual risk and drive operational efficiency What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Contract Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) In-depth knowledge of contract law, FAR/DFARS, export compliance, and anti-bribery regulations (ABAC/FCPA) Demonstrated success negotiating complex sales and purchase agreements Skilled in risk assessment, contract strategy, and compliance frameworks Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; aerospace or aviation industry experience strongly preferred Familiarity with Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement methodologies U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (per export control regulations) Excellent communication and leadership skills Able to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment Why You'll Love This Role You'll join an innovative, mission-driven organization at the forefront of aerospace advancement.
