These roles lead and manage VoIP, VoSIP, and legacy voice infrastructure. Support includes endpoint provisioning, IVR programming, and ACD reporting using NetPlus. Who We're Looking For: VoIP Engineers, Telecom Leads, ACD Analysts Incumbents encouraged to apply Clearance: TS/SCI Certifications: Security+, Avaya/Nortel, NetPlus familiarity Experience: 10+ years This position is part of a pipeline for a future opportunity supporting the JSP ETM program. Employment is contingent upon contract award and government customer approval.
