As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering a reliable, secure, and modern technology environment. This role focuses on enhancing the employee experience, supporting infrastructure needs for business initiatives, and staying current with emerging technologies. You will oversee the full lifecycle of network infrastructure-including routers, switches, and wireless access points-as well as manage public and private cloud environments to ensure proper system placement and cost optimization. As a core member of IT leadership, you'll be responsible for ensuring service continuity through strategic planning, technical direction, and effective project management. What You Will Do in This Role: Lead and mentor the Networking and Systems Administration teams, setting clear priorities and supporting team development. Partner with the Infrastructure Lead and CIO to shape and execute infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee infrastructure operations, including network equipment, cloud services (Azure/private cloud), and system lifecycle management. Own key technologies such as Firewall as a Service, SD-WAN, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure infrastructure. Manage disaster recovery planning, annual testing, and business continuity efforts in partnership with Facilities. Collaborate with Security and Data teams to ensure systems follow security and cost best practices. Evaluate new technologies, automation opportunities, and vendor solutions to improve system performance and reliability. Lead infrastructure-related communications, change management processes, and executive reporting. Oversee Microsoft licensing and vendor relationships to ensure value and compliance. Support after-hours and on-call needs, with occasional travel to other locations.
