None POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Afognak Diversified Services, Inc a subsidiary of Afognak Native Corporation has an opportunity for Captain of the Guard, (COTG) in Mobile, Alabama. TheCOTGreports to the Sr. Operations Manager and is responsible for the scheduling, operations, and quality of the service provided to Airbus. TheCOTGis responsible for the hiring and staffing at all supported facilities. TheCOTGManagerwill coordinate with the Sr. Operations Manager on all matters concerning the discipline and corrective actions of employees and has the authority to take these actions. The Captain of the Guard serves as the senior leader responsible for overseeing guard operations, enforcing security protocols, and ensuring the safety of personnel, facilities, and sensitive assets. This position requires a decisive and disciplined leader with a strong background in security operations, personnel management, and emergency response coordination.
Payrate:$65,000 to $70,000 Annually REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
