We're seeking atalented Asset Management Managerlike you to help tackle today's energy challenges and build tomorrow's solutions. This Houston-based role reports directly to the Asset Management Director at ENGIE Energy Marketing North America.




  • Develop dispatch strategies to optimize a portfolio of renewable and thermal generation assets
  • Submit bids, offers, operating plans, and outage tickets into ISO systems with accuracy and timeliness
  • Serve as the primary contact for plant owners, operators, system operators, and other stakeholders
  • Support the commercial team in crafting Energy Management Agreements and related services
  • Collaborate effectively with all ENGIE Energy Marketing NA, Inc. team members
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence



What You'll Bring



  • You have a minimum of Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field
  • You must have a minimum seven 7 years of energy experience in Real Time Dispatch or Asset Management in US Markets
  • Familiarity with ISO rules
  • Adapts to working in a changing environment



Additional Details



  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
  • Ability to work weekends on a rotating basis
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Could involve some lifting



Compensation

Salary Range: $137,550 - $200,000 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
