POSITION OVERVIEW dormakaba is seeking a remote Regional Sales Representative ideally based in Colorado. The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while managing and expanding relationships with existing clients such as hotels, resorts, casinos, and conference centers. This position will be responsible for the following states: Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, South and North Dakota and Wyoming. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $85,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, focusing on electronic access control systems, cloud-based solutions, and integrated security technologies
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets, collaborating with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability goals
- Develop reports and presentations that summarize sales performance, forecasts, and progress towards targets
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and provide regular updates to management
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Travel 25-50%
- High School Diploma or equivalent
WHAT WE PREFER
- Sales experience within the access control, security, or hospitality industries
- Experience in pipeline development and forecasting and consultative selling
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
