Description

The Warranty Supervisor is the leader of the warranty team within the Technical Services Department. The Warranty Supervisor is responsible for supporting the warranty technicians filing claims to all Thompson Tractor OEM's utilizing SOPs set by the business. In addition to leading the team, the Warranty Supervisor needs to ensure that all critical metrics supporting the business are managed, including sales residuals, warranty work in process, service letter management, filing compliance, and recovery rates. The Warranty Supervisor is expected to achieve Warranty Excellence targets each year. Finally, the Warranty Supervisor should support the annual labor rate changes for all OEM accounts.


  • Lead an effective and engaged team.
  • SOPs - Develop and execute standard operating procedures within branch operations and the warranty department.
  • Deliver branch operations warranty training.
  • Branch Visits - regular visits with branches to monitor, evaluate, and correct processes to help maintain and improve warranty department efficiency and standardization.
  • Support analysis of warranty work orders and verify warranty coverage.
  • Reporting -Maintain tracking sheet and communicate open priority service letters
  • Divisional/Departmental Collaboration - Continue history of building processes across departments and divisions.
  • Provide support on complex goodwill requests.
  • Update warranty labor rates.

Qualifications
Education
High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
Strong technical skills preferred.
Must have experience using personal computers/ laptops.
