It is designed to meet evolving standards of safety and reliability to deliver lifesaving care to patients.

Position Summary:

As the Production Supervisor at our Arvada facility, you will be a key driver of operational excellence - leading initiatives in manufacturing efficiency, safety, quality, team development, and performance improvement across key metrics. This role demands a bold leader who thrives on accountability and relentlessly pursues continuous improvement, cost optimization and performance.

General Responsibilities:

  • Lead hiring, performance management, employee development, and policy deployment.
  • Develop and implement efficient practices and procedures for identifying and resolving production issues.
  • Provide leadership in scheduling, problem-solving, quality assurance, employee relations, and process improvements aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead and guide employees in lean principles through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Oversee the introduction of new processes, technologies, and tools for product manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with process engineering to optimize new product designs for manufacturing.
  • Ensure corrective action investigations and root cause analysis are performed.
  • Maintain accurate records of department activities ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure safety and regulatory adherence within the production facility.
  • Directly responsible for a team that indirectly oversees up to 75 production employees through line leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
  • Hands on leader with demonstrated experience at successful high-performance team building.
  • Demonstrated servant leadership approach with frontline employees.
  • Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and achieving results.
  • Strong work ethic, adept critical thinking skills, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively collaborate across functional groups.
  • Tactical and strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a passion for operational excellence.
  • Resilient under pressure and able to adapt quickly to dynamic manufacturing demands or regulatory shifts
  • Experience managing large teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, BPCS), MES systems (e.g., SAP MES), and Document Control systems (e.g., MasterControl / IQVIA).
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma training and application.
  • Preferred knowledge of FDA, DEKRA, and ISO regulations.

  • Location: Arvada, CO
  • Compensation: Target annual salary ranges from $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience plus annual bonus eligibility.
  • Travel: This position may require limited travel.
  • Work Arrangement: 100% On-site.
