Description
The Position: The Retail Marketing Coordinator will provide support to the Marketing Department with planning and managing retail marketing projects. They work effectively with the sales team across all segments and possess great communication skills. They thrive in ambiguous situations and can shift gears to provide support wherever it is most needed and are not afraid to dive into the details. They should have an appreciation for how social media impacts the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate is a problem solver and super communicator with proven experience supporting marketing initiatives. You'll thrive in this role if you are a creative and analytical thinker, detail-oriented, and have the ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment. The candidate can work from home but ideally must be located close to one of our retail centers, such as Pennsauken NJ or New Castle DE.
