Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to lead the Client Services team aligned with our Print Solutions LOB.



Location: U.S. Remote

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results



  • Co-own the ~$100M P&L for Image Carrier Services with EVP Image Carriers
  • Manage cascading P&L owners, helping them to reach individual revenue and profit goals.
  • Develop standard and customized "ways of working" for the Image Carriers front office to enable revenue and profit goals.
  • Be an active and committed partner to the SGS & Co Shared Service leaders and practitioners.



Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements

This position requires the following knowledge and skills:



  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university, and more than 10 years of experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Deep experience in Image Carrier sales and operations (industry veterans only).
  • Experience managing multi-level, client facing teams.
  • Strong "client-hands" and experience leading account managers.
  • P&L experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel at leading teams, developing talent, and working through others to consistently deliver budgeted annual, quarterly, and monthly financial and operational results.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel as a teammate on a senior leadership team and to senior shared services leaders.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $240,000 USD - $250,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Group benefits currently include a selection of health care plans with prescription drug coverage, dental plan, vision plan, basic and supplemental life insurance, a flexible spending account for medical and dependent care expenses or a health savings account based on plan selection, short/long term disability and 401(k) Savings Plan.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
