About us

The Director of Sales Enablement will be a key leader responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy that equips our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed. This individual will work cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, learning and development and other functions to design and deliver programs that improve sales productivity, accelerate ramp-up time for new hires, and drive consistent, repeatable sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Program Development:

    • Design, implement, and manage a scalable sales enablement strategy aligned with WeWork's revenue goals and sales methodology.

    • Develop and own the sales enablement roadmap, including programs for onboarding, ongoing training, certifications, and coaching.

    • Manage, motivate and coach the global Sales Enablement team to deliver on the strategy and roadmap.

    • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps within the Sales org and create targeted training initiatives to address them.

  • Content & Tools:

    • Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure the sales team members have access to up-to-date, relevant, and compelling content (e.g., presentations, case studies, battlecards, competitive intelligence).

    • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement technology and tools (e.g. Mindtickle, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

    • Ensure content is easily accessible and organized within a central repository, making it easy for sellers to find what they need.

  • Training & Coaching:

    • Lead the development and delivery of the new hire sales onboarding program, ensuring new reps are ramped and productive as quickly and effectively as possible.

    • Implement ongoing training programs focused on product knowledge, sales skills, market trends, and competitive positioning.

    • Design and execute manager-focused training and enablement to help sales leaders coach their teams effectively.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring alignment on messaging, product releases, and market feedback.

    • Regularly communicate with stakeholders on the progress and impact of enablement initiatives

  • Measurement & Optimization:

  • Define and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs (e.g., ramp time, quota attainment, deal size, win rates).

  • Use data and feedback to continuously refine and optimize enablement programs and content.

  • Provide regular reports to sales leadership and senior management on the ROI of enablement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years related experience with 2+ years direct team experience managing a team or equivalent combination of education, training and experience required.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful sales enablement programs

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT) and the B2B sales cycle.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience with sales enablement technology (e.g. Mindtickle, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.

  • Demonstrated ability to be a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth and / or global environment is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge or experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay:$157,500 - $210,000

Incentive Compensation:WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits:Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including: 20 days of PTO, approximately 13 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k plan; and life and AD&D insurance.
