We are hiring team members to join our crusher crew at our Coos Bay, OR operation. In this role, you'll operate a front-end loader, haul truck, excavator or similar heavy equipment and perform ground duties and maintenance at an MSHA aggregate site.

This is a union position with membership to the Operators Union Local 701 required after hire.

• Union Scale Wage: $37.62 per hour
• Benefits: Full union benefit package.

Major Job Responsibilities will include:

• 
  
  Operate front-end loader to feed the crusher.
  
  
• 
  
  Drive off-road haul truck to move material around the site.
  
  
• 
  
  Operate large excavator for mining on-site.
  
  
• 
  
  Perform ground duties and general maintenance on the crusher.
  
  
• 
  
  Ensure equipment is properly inspected before and after shift.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating front-end loader, haul truck, excavator or similar on an aggregate site.
• Understand MSHA regulations for working in an aggregate pit.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to walk on uneven ground and be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to work overtime and a flexible schedule when needed.
• 18 years old.
