Essential Functions:
* Troubleshoot to component level and repair any/all products within the Technical Services Department.
* Evaluate returned equipment and parts; approve or deny credit; contact customer with decision.
* Provide product feedback to Quality department of Alber Germany
* Mounting of all Alber Products to customer wheelchairs based on mounting instructions from Alber
* Ensure that inventory is always correct, twice a year physical stock take is needed
* All products need to be tested before shipment to ensure a good quality in the market
* Complete all required training applicable to assigned position
* Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as requested or required
* Preferred knowledge and understanding of SAP.
Qualifications:
* Must possess knowledge of electronic and mechanical theories.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in the use of all mechanical and electronic test equipment.
* Proficiency in the use of power and hand tools.
* Ability to perform any/all repairs, demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
* Knowledge of all aspects of repair/evaluation and invoicing processes.
* Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in all situations regarding service to customers.
