POSITION SUMMARYBreakthrough is seeking a Sr Client Delivery Manager that will be responsible for delivery associated with providing distinguished service to Breakthrough's clients on a daily basis. This person will be responsible for identifying savings and improvement opportunities with our clients supply chain and transportation. This includes leading the change management process, enrolling leadership, and motivating team members within the client organization to drive measurable results. This role will require the individual to be proactive in identifying, analyzing, and providing solutions to supply chain initiatives.

This position is located in Green Bay, WI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish strong, professional, and ongoing relationships with key stakeholders within assigned clients.
  • Lead strategy and change management to enable value through new client implementations.
  • Lead select client implementations through the end to end implementations and ongoing client relationship.
  • Understand and be able to articulate the value proposition of all Breakthrough service offerings and demonstrate the application, specific and unique to each client situation.
  • Identification of opportunities to extend fuel recovery, generate savings in transportation, and improve business processes in the supply chain.
  • Collaboration with sales leads through the sales lead process.
  • Communication of value through the Breakthrough Network Intelligence and sustainability capabilities including understanding the client's needs, Breakthrough information capabilities, and how these interact.
  • Assemble and deliver transportation network performance reporting (Network Intelligence).
  • Use key performance metrics to identify transportation network issues and make recommendations to resolve them.
  • Leading projects, including prioritization based on value and immediacy to the client.
  • Utilization of benchmarks to help the client identify where there are opportunities within their supply chain.
  • Key liaison on behalf of our client to the Breakthrough team- leveraging expertise and resources from Breakthrough into their organization.
  • Support the clients use of FELIX.
  • Interaction with our client's employees as a team member, building and fostering client communication and relationships for long lasting results.
  • Manage carrier and other client-partner inquiries, requests, and relationships through ongoing email, phone communication, and Breakthrough's FELIX platform.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant area of study
  • Requires 2-4 years of industry experience with overall transportation knowledge, business acumen, and direct industry connections to pull in expertise.

  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Independence and ability to take initiative
  • Understanding of various strategic business levers and implications
  • Program and project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to enroll leadership and lead change within the organization
  • Ability to sense and work within the client's culture
  • High level of fluidity with work environment changes and prioritization of projects
  • In-depth understanding of transportation and a high-level understanding of supply chain operations
  • Knowledge of shipper- carrier relationship dynamics in supply chain
  • Ability to appropriately influence the client through in-depth knowledge while remaining humble
  • Computer skills- Basic Microsoft competency along with ability to learn client's ERP system(s)
