Intralox L.L.C., the world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, has a position available for a Project Specialist - Lifecycle Services Team supporting the US market. Based out of our office in Baltimore, MD OR our US headquarters in Harahan, Louisiana.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee long term onsite services for Intralox's most strategic customers.
  • Coordinate with field service for performance evaluation to ensure high levels of service quality.
  • Establish and maintain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships. Work closely with Lifecycle Service Leaders, the Intralox Integration Team, the relevant Customer Account Management Teams, and Intralox Leadership.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary resources, including personnel, tools, and materials, for corrective action activities.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for relevant service activities, including regular reports, incident logs, and compliance records.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce downtime, and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Manage new opportunities in services and be a champion for the customer to ensure they receive what was requested.

Position Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year of project management or related technical experience.
  • Proficient with MS Project and MS Office Suite.
  • Highly proactive and driven. Strong desire to optimize customer value.
  • Deep experience in project management, with a strong preference for time spent in the packaging and material handling industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects in a client-facing, onsite environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain strategies, and best practices, particularly in the context of packaging and material handling systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to the packaging and material handling industry.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven decisions to improve maintenance operations and service delivery.
  • Appropriate technical skills & knowledge.
  • Willingness to regularly be onsite at customer locations and available for emergency issues as needed. 20-35% domestic travel.

Preferred Requirements:

  • At least five (5) or more years of project management experience or related technical experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering or related degree.
  • Experience with Oracle.
  • Proficiency in systems including but not limited to Oracle ERP, Dynamics CRM, etc.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans.

Salary Range: $49,100 to $93,400
