Genesis10 is seeking a Marketing Consultant. This is a 12+ month contract position with an insurance client in Milwaukee, WI. Compensation: $25.00 - 26.50 per hour, depending in skill and experience level. Responsibilities: Support financial advisors by assisting in facilitating the material updates of field websites Manage email inbox(es) to address tactical marketing questions from advisors and firms Front door management of 300+ custom websites Maintain tracking and reporting needed to manage open issues, feedback, and escalations Manage internal and field documentation on program policies, processes, and guidelines Requirements: Exceptional attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and ZenDesk Financial services or experience in regulated industries preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong understanding of marketing concepts and the role of marketing in supporting the sales cycle, positioning products and increasing awareness Exceptional written and oral communications skills, and able to speak on a professional level with field representatives in a variety of settings Ability to juggle multiple demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy Ability to use deductive reasoning to come to conclusions Ability to process information from multiple tools/sources to guide action Strong organizational skills; able to handle competing demands and work under tight deadlines with short timeframes Ability to have fun at work Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
