Genesis10 is seeking a Scrum Master for a contract with our client in St. Paul, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: Servant Leader and Scrum/Agile coach for designated teams assigned to the candidate. (2-3 teams) on a 6 month contract Key Responsibilities: Manage product backlog with the help of the team POs and Client Keep ADO boards up to date and stories tied to dependencies Update status reports on team progress against PI objectives Facilitate Scrum ceremonies in SAFe Eliminate impediments for the team, escalate when necessary Protect the team from outside demands/work not scheduled in their Iteration/increment Lead Agile transformation efforts within the assigned teams to enhance agility and adaptability Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile initiatives with business goals Required Basic Qualifications: Prior experience as a Scrum Master Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices Coaching in Agile formats Previously run Scrum Ceremonies Previous work as a SM or PM in Financial Services Industry Experience with Agile transformation initiatives and leading organizational change Key Skill(s): Good communicator, both written and verbal Well organized Attention to detail Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand Ability to influence and drive change in agile practices Key Technology /Certification(s): SAFe certified a plus ADO experience a plus Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $70.00-$75.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
