Glass, Cement, and Ceramic Science Group Manager

SRNL's Environmental and Legacy Management Directorate (ELM) is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the Senior Manager for the Glass, Cement, & Ceramic Science group.

This leadership position provides oversight of personnel who support crosscutting research and developmental activities. Candidate will also demonstrate experience with laboratory facility management for safe and secure mission execution, proposal development in the materials and industrial energy efficiency space, managing and leading employees to deliver high performance results, fostering and maintaining a collaborative work environment, assisting leadership in the development of strategic growth plans, external customer engagement, and general understanding of DOE nuclear processes.
