Description
Position Summary The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving the reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment and systems within a dairy production facility. This role focuses on reducing downtime, optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, analyzing equipment failures, and leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize plant uptime and efficiency. Working Conditions Work is performed in a dairy manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moisture, and temperature variations.
