JOB OVERVIEW:

Blue Diamond Growers' Global Ingredients is seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact performance marketing and communication initiatives across key global markets. This role is critical in expanding brand visibility, generating qualified demand, and supporting commercial success through targeted, measurable, and insight-led marketing efforts.

As the Marketing Manager - Ingredients, you will own the planning, activation, and optimization of integrated digital and traditional campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media. You will work cross-functionally with the Go-To-Market and Business Development team and agency partners to amplify Blue Diamond's unique value propositions, enabling differentiation in competitive B2B food and beverage markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and execute multi-channel, performance-focused marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize advertising initiatives including Google Ads, LinkedIn, trade publications, and webinars.

  • Align campaign messaging with commercial and product strategies to ensure cohesive storytelling across platforms.

  • Guide strategic input on website enhancements, user journey mapping, and landing page optimization.

  • Lead social media strategy and manage content calendar, with a focus on LinkedIn for B2B engagement and thought leadership.

  • Build and manage a robust content calendar to support demand generation and awareness goals.

  • Produce and manage content across formats: blog posts, white papers, infographics, videos, eBooks, and podcasts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to generate high-impact marketing content.

  • Lead the development and governance of a centralized marketing content repository; ensure consistency of messaging across all assets and platforms.

  • Manage marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to support lead generation and nurturing.

  • Optimize drip campaigns, email templates, and content delivery strategies to move leads through the marketing funnel.

  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Power BI.

  • Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.

  • Use insights to refine content strategy and optimize future marketing initiatives.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key media outlets and trade journalists.

  • Secure editorial coverage, press opportunities, and advertorial placements.

  • Draft and manage press releases, executive scripts, and thought leadership articles

  • Develop event-specific marketing plans including pre-show promotion, booth messaging, on-site analytics, and post-event lead management.

  • Manage digital marketing and campaign budgets.

  • Forecast results across marketing channels and advise on investment strategy.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years of marketing/communications experience with at least 3 years of B2B marketing/communications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work and collaborate as part of cross-functional team.
  • Understanding of and experience with global B2B brand/image development and management
  • Familiarity with both traditional and digital media strategy, planning, and execution
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Understanding and experience with traditional and digital media channels and production processes
  • Creative, independent thinker, and self-starter
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the agility to manage multiple initiatives and changing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to travel up to 20% depending on tradeshow volume and regional market responsibilities.

  • 10 years of relevant B2B marketing/communications experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Sitting for long periods, operating a computer keyboard, some light lifting of supplies, occasionally making deliveries to other areas, and occasionally confinement to the work area. Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
