Lead, Continuous Improvement
Job Description: The Role We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for our new Rockrimmon, CO location. As a member of the Continuous Improvement Team, you will coach all levels of the organization on Lean Systems thinking, problem solving, and improvement methodologies. You will act in coordination with the Senior Leadership Team and Continuous Improvement Manager as a change agent as we continue to implement and build upon the Entegris Way. This includes leading high impact projects, working within the functional areas to build capability and maturity, and ensuring sustainable improvements are made. What You'll Do The following includes a list of primary responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned by the manager or director to meet various business demands.
- Contributor to the development and execution of the Entegris Way CI Roadmap.
- Partner with manufacturing and engineering to identify systemic loss opportunities and guide improvements to align with Global Operation goals.
- Lead cross-site technical projects to address common inefficiencies, such as line performance, throughput variability, and labor optimization.
- Collaborate with functional areas across the operation to standardize processes and share best practices while ensuring the transfer of knowledge throughout the division.
- Facilitate advanced problem-solving and Rapid Improvement sessions to lead teams to address improvement opportunities.
- Use techniques like DMAIC, statistical process control (SPC), and design of experiments (DOE) to guide data-informed improvements.
- Assist in the alignment of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the site to ensure consistency and achievement of Global Operation targets.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership and Continuous Improvement Manager to assess opportunities for site-wide capital projects and provide data-driven justifications for investments.
- Create playbooks and toolkits to support continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
- Provide training, and hands-on support to site-level teams on Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Loss Tree development, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Conduct Kaizen Leader Training and provide coaching and mentorship to our Kaizen leaders, Green Belts and Black Belts.
- Work with site leaders to develop their capabilities and sustain Continuous Improvement practices at the site leadership level.
- Develop enterprise-level dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, SQL, or equivalent platforms to support decision-making and track performance.

- Ability to identify and define a problem, apply root-cause analysis techniques, and execute a resolution plan.
- Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Matlab, SQL, or Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) for site data analysis and visualization.
- Review and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace according to in-house requirements to optimize production's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, work instructions, control plans and related information to improve manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
- Study operations sequence, human work factors, material flow, project information and related information to reduce waste.
- Study productivity, to compare daily actual vs. standard output, identify process bottlenecks and recommend methods for productivity improvements.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology is required.
- 6+ years of manufacturing, continuous improvement, industrial engineering or relevant industry experience is required.
- Demonstrated background and hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma analytical methodologies, Unified Problem Solving (UPS) and other CI methodologies are required.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across a diverse manufacturing business unit is preferred.
- Project management experience within a matrixed organization is preferred.
- Professional certification, a minimum of Six Sigma Green Belt is required, with the expectation that you will earn Black Belt.
- Strong problem analysis/solving skills as well as verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Solid understanding of applicable regulations, safety protocols, manufacturing tolerances and related data is required.
- Solid understanding of statistics and application to manufacturing processes including statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), statistical hypothesis testing.
