Description:

As a Sales Associate at Milliman, you are a key player in the ongoing success of our office. Your competitive drive will bring revenue to our profit center and forward thinking mindset will enhance our customers' experiences. Through the primary responsibilities of positioning our products and services with a powerful value proposition, closing prospects, establishing new distribution channels, and building influential partnerships, you will bring new life to an organization's health plan. We work with clients in all areas of the U.S., and this position will have some travel requirements depending on client assignments and opportunities. Some of the specific duties are listed below:



  • Market, present, and sell our platform of consulting and underwriting services, especially Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs)
  • Communicate client expectations to our staff to ensure the delivery of our services and fees meet or exceed our client's expectations
  • Collect feedback from our clients and prospective clients to assist with the enhancement of existing products and development of new products
  • Educate and advise individuals on the benefits and requirements of the ICHRA.
  • Conduct needs assessments with Broker partner to determine the most suitable product for clients
  • Explain plan features, benefits, and limitations to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options
  • Expand broker relationships to support additional client referrals to generate more sales opportunities
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments and changes in the health insurance industry, particularly related to ICHRA guidelines and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's in Science or Administration or related field
  • Prefer two to five years prior Sales Experience; preference Health Insurance
  • Prefer two to five years prior experience with Insurance Brokers
  • Two to five years experience within sales, marketing, or insurance preferred but not required.


Location:

This position is based out of the Milliman office in Omaha, Nebraska. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite full-time.
