Staffmark is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a well-established company in Geneseo, NY. This direct hire opportunity offers stability, a flexible schedule, and a supportive team environment.

Pay: $17.20/hour + Bonus Opportunities

Full Benefits Starting Day One

Schedule:

Training:

* Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

* Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Post-Training:

* Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM

* Friday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM

Choose your own 8-hour shift. One evening shift (until 9 PM) per week required.

Responsibilities:

* Make inbound and outbound collection calls

* Discuss payment options and negotiate arrangements

* Perform skip tracing and data verification

* Follow call scripts and document interactions

* Verify bankruptcy, disability, or garnishment claims

* Comply with state/federal regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED

* Minimum 1 year of collections experience

* Strong communication, typing, and organizational skills

* Familiarity with standard office systems and procedures
