Position Description:
Are you a veteran or first responder looking to continue serving your community in a new way? Join the BRAVE Program-an innovative, life-changing initiative focused on traumatic brain injury recovery for those who have served our communities. Support BRAVE's alumni and peer support programming through ongoing engagement and event facilitation
Collect and report data on outreach efforts and communications impact to help guide strategy
Collaborate with the Case Management team on patient referrals and follow-up
Serve as a knowledgeable and compassionate ambassador for BRAVE's services and mission
Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies during all outreach activities
