Join our team as an HRIS Analyst

Supports the organization's Payroll and Human Resource function by providing guidance, support and analysis of HR technology and data. Supports the design and development of Oracle HCM Payroll and other defined modules within the global HCM platform by conducting research to remain current on industry trends and performing system configurations and testing. Partners with HR support functions, IT and the business to identify opportunities to utilize technology and data to improve the overall employee experience and streamline processes.

Key duties & Responsibilities:



  • System configuration, support and maintenance for Oracle HCM defined modules (to include Payroll/Absence, Reporting, and other assigned areas) within the global HCM platform. Responsible for documenting configuration, HDL/HSDL creation / execution, data integrity, regression testing of system changes and quarterly releases, planning and supporting year end activities, process owner training and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Partners with internal and external customers/vendors to troubleshoot issues.
  • In partnership with Business Process Owner, leads system continuous improvement and automation efforts for defined modules including: requirements gathering and documentation, release management review and implementations. Identify internal and external resources needed to execute projects, develop project plans and supports change management.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards. Support compliance and security for HR audits. Assist with ad hoc HR data requests. May assist in data analysis and discovery to identify trends and correlations to uncover insights.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across HR support functions to evaluate HR system performance, research HR technology trends and participate in Request for Proposals (RFPs) as necessary.


Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:



  • Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll or Core HR (or other similar cloud-based solutions)
  • Prefer experience with other HCM modules or solutions (Absence, Time & Attendance, ADP, etc.)
  • Prefer experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL/HSDL and/or SQL
  • Project management or technical implementation experience
  • Ability to communicate complex information and configurations in a simple / direct manner to internal customers
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with strong work ethic
  • Ability to influence without authority


Education / Training:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of Payroll, HRIS or related experience
