LINK Media Outdoor, one of the fastest growing Out of Home media companies in the US, is looking for a Real Estate Manager to join its team. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation (NYSE: BOC), Link currently owns and operates billboards in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin. Required Skill Sets Ability to accurately process vendor invoices on a schedule set by management Ability to accurately code invoices and capture key data Ability to perform data imports into accounting system Ability to research vendor issues and bring to a prompt resolution Accurately set up new vendors Ability to process vendor payment runs including check and ACH payments Ability to manage use tax returns Ability to work in a team environment Ability to maintain organized digital files for retention and follow the retention schedule Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, college level accounting classes or Accounting Degree a plus 4-6 years hands-on Account experience Basic computer skills and word processing Good mathematical background Experience with spreadsheets and automated accounting systems Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, spelling and proof readings skills, following up effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, energetic Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment Flexibility to adapt to all situations Ability to use standard office equipment Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction Willingness to be a Team Player and work well with others Benefits include, but are not limited to, PTO, medical, dental, vision and 401k.
