TheOrganizational Effectiveness (OE) Partnerserves as a strategic advisor to both the People Team and business leaders, conducting organizational diagnostics to uncover opportunities for improvement in areas such as organizational design, health, transformation, optimization, leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and change management. This role designs and implements high-impact solutions that drive sustainable business growth, strengthen organizational performance, and create a thriving workplace culture.

Reporting to the Director, People, this role is pivotal in shaping the future of the organization. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and aligning people strategies with business priorities, this position enables the organization to stay ahead in a rapidly changing environment. This is an exciting opportunity to influence business outcomes, elevate the People Team's impact, and champion transformative growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Design
    • Lead organizational design initiatives, including current-state assessments, future-state planning, and implementing scalable structures aligned with business priorities.
    • Define leadership competencies and role expectations for people leaders across the organization.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning
    • Identify future talent and skill requirements, analyze internal and external talent supply, and conduct gap analyses.
    • Create actionable plans to address workforce gaps and ensure the organization is ready for future challenges.
  • Change Management
    • Design and implement best-practice change management strategies to support organizational transformations and ensure smooth adoption of new programs and processes.
    • Partner with business leaders to guide transitions and improve organizational adaptability.
  • Data & Analytics
    • Deliver accurate, relevant, and timely HR data to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
    • Use HRIS tools and information (e.g., Workday) to analyze trends, provide workforce KPIs, and generate insights to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Process Improvement
    • Streamline cross-functional people processes, including merit planning, vacancy management, to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Improve tools, templates, and methodologies to ensure scalability and effectiveness.
  • Talent and Culture Development
    • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to design and execute Talent and Culture Plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Corporate Communications Strategy
    • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure alignment, transparency, and engagement across the organization.
    • Support communication efforts to support organizational changes and new program rollouts.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
    • Master's degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or Business Administration preferred.
    • Preferred certifications include Prosci, CCMP, or HR credentials such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
  • Experience:
    • 5 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational design, or related HR roles.
    • Proven ability to lead organizational change initiatives and advise leaders on people strategies.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing talent and org changes;Consulting and coaching leaders oneffective people solutions that support their business goals.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Expertise in organizational behavior, development theories, and change management practices.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to inform decisions.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and data analysis tools.
    • Advanced project management and strategic planning abilities, with a focus on execution and process improvement.
    • Ability to think critically, connect the dots across different initiatives and team goals to bring the right people together to drive the right solutions
    • Effective communication and the ability to lead through influence with all levels of management.
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and be adaptable when priorities shift regarding changing plans quickly
